Lord of the Glens

On my way home from work this evening (yes I was working on a public holiday) I spotted this boat aproaching the Lock at Dochgarroch on the Caledonian canal and pulled in to snap it. It never ceases to amaze me that it fits through the locks, it must have been purpose built as it takes up nearly every inch width ways and length ways. I took some shots head-on too, but they were into the sun and I wasn't too keen on them so here you have the one taken as the lock gates were closing.
