Eggs, thyme & chives

Little did we know when we went away for Easter that we'd be subletting the window-box on our balcony to this lovely ring-necked dove and her two eggs. We're told the eggs take 14 days or so to hatch, and another 20 days for the fledglings to light out on their own. The thyme (under Ms. Ring-Neck) and the chives managed to overwinter. Can they survive this?
