More eejits?

Ah, I thought, as I cycled into the park. A new modern art installation. Burnt out Smartcar. How very postmodern.

Sadly, I fear not. Just more eejits. Not drowning bikes, this time, but disfiguring parks. And leaving the debris right next to the kiddies' playground. Very sensible.

Well the good news is that it has one of those reassuring 'police aware' signs on it. They've not done anything about it, but at least they are 'aware'.
