Lucama Pavlova

Tonight the Opinionated Women of Albuquerque met at Cosmo Tapas. The food there is fabulous, but they don't have any happy hour wine specials. Hidelgarde ordered this dessert which is a mouse made of a South American Fruit called Lucama layered with meringue. Quite outstanding! All nine of us helped to eat it. We had a brilliant waiter who stood by when we ordered a 2nd one upon seeing the first. He knew we would change our minds once we tasted how indulgent one piece could be!
