Sit ups or belly crunches!

I had a flower blip all ready when I came home from work and then my cat, Sniffles, started doing all these antics. I guess he was happy to see me. So, since he obviously wanted to be my blip today, here he is again. Thought it looked like he was trying to do sit ups or either belly crunches.
