Early Bird

Up early this morning, unusually, and suddenly woken from early morning stupor by young long tailed tits, tapping on the window. There must have been a nest in the pyracantha in the back garden, they were flying in and out, landing on the top of the pagoda or the kitchen window, backwards and forwards. 4 hours later they are still at it. Beautiful and still a bit fluffy.

Obviously the picture is taken through double glazing so not as clear as I would have liked but so charming, I wanted to show you.
