Deep Blue

To the river once again, this time braving quicksand and a lot of tidal flotsam to grab a shot of this water-level-measuring-post-thing. (In fact, I suppose you could say I took a long walk to a short pier, though thankfully not off it).

Any road, I'm venturing down to the misty depths of Shrorpshoire for the weekend, which means all will go quiet on here for a couple of days. However, as my itinerary for tomorrow is basically going to revolve around avoiding television, radio, newspapers and anyone equipped with any Union Jack themed paraphernalia at all costs, I'm sure I'll have plenty of quality time with my camera. Expect normal service to resume on Sunday night. See you then.
