Azure Damselfly (Coenagrion puella)

Just when i thought i have covered all the minibeasts that live in my overgrown wildlife haven something new comes along.

It took me a while to decide this is what this is. IT seems to have characteristics from a few of the damselflys we have in the uk and that are left in this world.

I think its the male of the species.

The eldest teen and dd2 had their eyes tested today, dd1 needs glasses for reading/studying/close up work (so that will be all the time then lol) dd2 was kinda gutted she didn't need a new fashion accessory but i've told her to stop being so perfect and bought her some new beads to be creative with instead ;)

Dh is happy as he had a new sky hd box installed this morning.. last i see of that remote then lol
