... well, kinda. It is my hat and sunnies.

It was this or an alarming image of someone apparently with their head on fire; I was taking some shots of therapies at an Alternative Treatment Event in Crosby, and the Hopi Ear Candle treatment was not for the faint-hearted. I had some neck and shoulder manipulation to add to my other attempts at sorting out my blipper's neck, and a lovely positive tarot reading, which amongst other things recommended I go and meditate near water. A quick trip down the road to the beach to see the Gormleys later; I didn't hang around because the strong winds were whipping the sand into a free extreme dermabrasion treatment - just look what it does to your skin.
