Paella night

Ross (he is the one standing) and I organised a paella night for Wilma, Doug and Glenda who have had us over to their places a couple of times.

Ross made the paella and Summer & I made some Tapas dishes (pork meat balls in tomato sauce, Spanish omelette, Chorizo, grilled Manchego on mushrooms & toast and chargrilled corn on the cob with mayonnaise, parmesan and lime - I think the corn one is a Mexican recipe).

David made some yummy Spanish donuts complete with chocolate dipping sauce for desert. Les baked a cake while Wilma and Glenda also brought cake and biscuits!

There was far too much food - our fridge is now packed with left-overs.

Was a fun night spent with friends.
