What a super weekend so far!

Even the flowers know that summer is almost here, I adore this dog rose, it sits in the sunny corner next to my steamer chair and I often sit there and just inhale the gorgeous soft turkish delight scent and listen to the bees zizzing

....no bees just yet, but it won't be long


Supper is lamb and potato dauphinoise, meaty, creamy garlicky smells are wafting and we are all suddenly ravenous!

Let's hope tomorrow is as kind to us for the weather.
