Pigs on the Brain

So as promised on my last Blip, here are some snaps of Mr Q, chef extraordinaire making his Pigs Head Terrine.

Seemed to go well. Lots of footage to make the YouTube movie and the food tasted fantastic (plus i still have one setting in the fridge as we speak).
