MPSF Finals

We went to the finals of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Men's Volleyball Tournament and watched USC play host to UCSB. USC was seeded number 1 (20-2) and UC Santa Barbara was seeded number 7 (11-11). According to the article in the Los Angeles Times USC had won both regular season matches in straight sets and was expected to win the night's match easily. Santa Barbara must not have read the press as they rode the tournament MPF to a thrilling five set victory. Here they have just put down the final point and are just beginning their celebration along with the Santa Barbara fans in front of us.
