Mummy

Today the kids were asked to draw a picture of their mum in preparation for Mother's Day on Sunday. I love the way that the kids drew them just as they wished, hardly paying attention at all to simple things like hair colour and style! One boy, who's mum dresses in t-shirts and trousers and has short hair insisted on his picture having long pink hair and a long pink dress. When I pointed out that his mum didn't usually look like that he replied "well I can make her like that if I want, can't I?" I think his mum will find that quite funny!
