Fire!

On my way to school and then nursery I could smell the smoke but didn't think too much of it until I heard the fire engines. So on my way back up the road to the office I saw these fire fighters at work and took my blip. I was standing well out of their way and still felt like I shouldn't really be there since they were doing an important job. I was not alone though and well out of their way. There was no fire to be seen but the smoke (which is the real killer apparently) was thick and poured out of two of the flats in that tenement. The fire fighters were throwing out smouldering curtains. I don't know if anybody was in the flat at the time of the fire and hope that if they were they escaped in time.
