Shadows on the grass

A photo for the Aberdeen challenge this month.

Went out for a nice bike ride, through the nature train, through town, out the back roads and then through a wood. Was absolutely great to get out and enjoy the views.

This is part of my challenge to use these nicer days to get fit and so for I have been enjoying it, only down side is my hands are sore from gripping the handlebars and my bum is aching.
