Livingstone Daisy

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments on the ostrich yesterday , so delighted to have hit the spotlight page. many people commented on the crop. This was the only shot I could get because of the fence netting , had to concetrate on what I could get inside one little square so that the lines of the wire fence didn't spoil the shot.

Today was a difficult day for poor Oscar had to take hme to the vet as he had a very poorly night l will spare you the details but seems he has gastroenteritis . £44 later and a bag of medication,, back home to feed him hourly with small doses of rice and cooked chicken . he seems to be responding but he has been my shadow all day . haven't moved out of the garden.

Not all bad though , he sat in the shade while John and I sat in the sun with a glass of wine each and relaxed.
So tonight's blip has come from the garden a close up of the centre of a Livingstone daisy.
