Tuesday: Apples

Took Max back to the vet for a check-up following his little recent operation.  The little tyke is doing absolutely fine apart from an abundance of dissolvable threads sticking out of his forehead.  It is almost worth taking him to the vet for the amusement factor of seeing him stem all four paws against the side of his catbox and refusing to come out.

I was a bit stuck for blip opportunities today so here is a picture of a housing estate.  Ahem.  This is one of the Peabody Trust Estates, set up as a form of social housing.  I think their estates are quite attractive in a 1930s kind of way.

This particular one is on Abbey Orchard Road.  Your bit of trivia for today - Westminster Abbey used to own an orchard here but it burnt down in the Great Fire of 1666, hence Abbey Orchard Road.  I shall be testing you on these snippets at the end of the year.
