Springbok Fever

We woke up one morning, a couple of years ago, and to our amazement found 4 springbok grazing on the lush green lawns and greenbelts in our security complex.
We believe an anonymous resident gifted them to the estate.
They were adored from the first moment and we fiercely protect them.
Even though they have been around for some time, it gives me endless pleasure when they nibble on the seedlings in the front of my garden, whilst passing!
So far 3 fawns have been born and they have become relatively tame.
They are able to move all over the complex and have even got an area where the moms give birth - which of course we now refer to as the Nursery!
