Day 3 - the struggle continues!

So today is day 3. I have been through the verbal slurring and seem to be becoming more mentally stable! My emotions are all over the shop and the cravings are really intense! I do find that I want to pummel the living daylights out of anyone that I see smoking. But I also want to vomit when I smell fresh cigarette smoke on a person - disgusting!!! So tonight I will be mostly watching tv or sleeping (I'm also more tired than usual!) xxx
