Help what is it?

When I moved last year we said there would be loads of stuff we would have to find the names of but hell that had to be wisteria over the arbour ermmmmm not sure this is wisteria.
Isnt wisteria a purple colour?
This is white and blue in that drop formation like the yellow laburnum.

What is it?

Can any one help me here?
