I told Arlo to get some things together for going to the beach so he shoved his winter hat on his head. "It's gonnay be really windy!" He predicted.

I'm so glad he wore that hat. It was flipping blustery down at Gullane beach,

We had a lovely time though - sandy picnic, spot of rockpooling, dinosaur games a go-go and generally, a lovely family day.

Tomorrow Bry goes back to work after nearly 3 weeks off on paternity leave and holiday. Boo.

Suppose we'll all have to poke our head out of this bubble, then.
