Meeting with an eel

These guys are in the wild. I was working around the corner and thought to take a half hour to see if I could converse with these guys. And here they were in the heavy shade under the bridge and rocks. My little point n shoot is a waterproof so in we went. Have to say I wasn't totally comfortable sticking my hand in there, especially as I couldn't really see them so well. Shutter speed 1/8th iso 400, this wouldn't do with being large, but it is a bit of fun. The cold water fogged the lens up as well. Didn't realise there were so many in there. There are 5 or maybe 6 in this image alone and some of these eels are quite a decent size.

Will have to have another go in better light.
