Put down the camera and play with me!

Our first baby group social event this morning, and although it was only a few blocks away from home, gettting back (the husband dropped us off) was quite an adventure - most of the pavements in Baku have now got high marble kerbs - far too high to negiotate with a pram, so we were in the road for quite some time. Not a good place to be given the state of driving here, but at least Azeri people are very fond of children, so no one ran us over and I did get a little help when negiotating the kerb was unavoidable. Once home, D and I spent the afternoon playing on the floor and talking (mostly 'oooh' and 'eeer' cooing sounds at the moment). He's very smiley these days, but isn't sure what to make of the camera so doesn't smile for it!
