This is how we work..

.. and I wasn't the only one looking. I captured some of the people looking through the fence what was going on there, where they are working on and how the progress is coming along. Just like me, who captured it.

I was especially fascinated by this guy as I have absolutely no clue what he was doing, yet he seemed very involved in what he was doing by the look on his face.
