Foam roller

It's my birthday tomoz (yippee!) and as an early present I got a foam roller (even more yippee!!). I love it!
It's really good for massage and lengthening the spine, doing yoga/Pilates type stuff on...
Anyway this is me on the aforementioned roller. I know you can't actually see it, but hey at the end of the day it's all about me right? ;)
