Sweets and blind panic...

So I'm on my sugar binge...

it's my appraisal tomorrow, and though I'm sure it will be fine, my mind has gone into hyperfocus (which is great when writing essays, websites, graphics and photography but not so good when it comes to thinking through one meeting a hundred times over!).

Anyhoo, I will go back to my sugar and try to move my mind on (another walk me thinks)
