It has been an easy day to day doing nothing much started the house work but did not finish. We took molly for a stroll down the sea front and had an ice cream i had a passion fruit cheese cake one which was naughty but nice.

we went to see keith sister early evening and decided to have out tea on the front and it was good not many people about and still quite warm we came though the park and we saw Keith nicec

in the picture is one of Keith's sisters dogs the only thing is he thinks he is a lap dog and trys and sit on knee's
