Snapshots of my world

Fashion...with a conscience...

My friend went to Uganda during her gap year and at the Clothes Swap, I mentioned yesterday, was selling some necklaces made by Ugandan women. The money from any purchase goes directly to Project Have Hope.

Project Have Hope aims improving the lives of families in Uganda who have been effected by war. They provide vocational training, adult literacy classes, school fees for children and loans for women to help create sustainable income.

The necklaces are made from recycled magazine paper - absolutely amazing! I bought these two, both for my Mum!
