Orange Spires

I like these flowers, they stand about 1m high before a shrub background at the entrance to our block. I always look at them when I come home, because one has to drive really slow otherwise the exposed roots of some tree may damage the car suspension. My new toy - an 80 dollar chinese lens is very suitable for a picture like that. It also works very well for portraits because is only sharp in the centre.
