Reading

I'm not a big reader of fiction but having been granted a raft of these to give away for World Book Night I thought I'd best give it a go. I didn't choose this book- they offered it me in pace of my own choice. Although its not the gentle historical novel I was expecting I enjoyed it so much I couldn't put it down all day. It was good to zone-out of the current study madness I've found myself in to think about something other than how much work I have on my plate. And of course sitting in the sunshine was absolutely wonderful- I never do that, I'm usually hiding inside or under the shade of an umbrella. It makes a nice change to do something different, I should try to do it a bit more often.
