Opening Day

The abundance of fresh produce made it hard to decide on what to buy and what to photograph.

I now have a fridge full of fresh produce. I bought some giant globe radishes and some new carrots. I washed them up and that was most of my lunch.

Dinner tonight will be broccolirabe sauteed with spring garlic, spring onion and some mushrooms. (not the morrels here.)

Tomorrow will be roasted asparagus that are about the size of a pencil. Yum!
