Canal run

Another run out to Broxburn, a little past, on the canal. 29 and bit miles this time. With David the Silhouette. Quick stop at the Bridge Inn on the way back. All fine and dandy. Knees survived about 6 or so miles of very quick biking.

Six weeks until my Rob Roy challenge. Feeling like it will be okay.
