went to DC for the weekend to go to the Virginia Gold Cup. I'd never been to a horse race before, so I wasn't quite prepared for the amount of pastel colored clothing that I found myself surrounded by. Overall, it was a great time filled with lots of mimosas, cigars, and obnoxiously floppy hats :)
