A day of horses

Got up and walked the dogs.

Then went to Heathpool to help move the mares and their new foals (4 new babies so far! two colts and two fillies) out of the field which had the stallion in it. More expected any day now!

Then headed straight out to the trekking ponies for our open day which was a great success. We managed to raise some money and introduce a lot of people to the exmoor breed.

Then headed over to yet another yard to go out for a hack with a friend. She let me ride her beautiful mare and we went out for a very speedy ride! Lots of gallops. This is her having a well deserved munch in her field after.

I then got home and took the dogs out for a long walk.

Phew! Exhausted but had such an amazing day!!
