blue tit in nest box

This photograph of my mother's television shows a live feed from a nest box in her garden. The bird is a blue tit and she is sitting on six eggs. These tiny birds make fascinating viewing and getting a glimpse of their day-to-day lives is a real privilege. Unfortunately the photograph doesn't do justice to actual picture on screen, which is pretty clear and sharp. This is because the shot was taken on a low resolution mobile phone...as are all the shots in my journal...perhaps one day I'll invest in a good quality point and shoot!
