A New Crop

There was a shifting fog this morning so I went on a pre-breakfast Bliptrip hoping to catch something special.  I saw some lovely sights- drifts of fog on the Waimakariri riverbed, shags fishing in the river, a fluffy cloud spilling over the bluff down to the water's edge, but it was all too gloomy to get a good photo.  I headed instead towards the mountains, but there didn't seem to be much to see.  This emerging crop was the only bright thing I came across.

Nice in large.  There's no snow at all on the mountains.
