Well, it looked like it for a wee while. The 4th Leith Scouts are celebrating their Centenary this year, and this evening they got all the Sections together for a photo: Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers & Leaders. here's the most accurate depiction I could get of the atmosphere while the photographer was setting up.
