Girlfriends

Wanted to capture a moment of friendship today between Ella and her Monday friend. Our Monday exchange will be wrapping up for summer this month and I am not sure what form it will take in the fall because both girls will be more days at school than this past year.

I love that they both have very typical expressions on their faces for their individual personalities and it brought me back to thinking of several childhood friends of my own. Childhood friends are a special kind to treasure.
