Ash keys.

The seeds of the ash, sometimes called keys because of their resemblance to medieval bunches of lock-keys, were anciently believed to 'provoke lust and make men more spirited with the ladies.' Should the need or compulsion take you I have an Ash tree in the garden.....

Had a good day with the children, whilst Nick and Treegonk went mountain biking in Glentress (probably just as well - see yesterdays blip.) Seemed to spend most of the afternoon asking Rowan to get cracking with her project on France. She has inherited her fathers unappealing habit of leaving things to the very last minute.
