Camden Lock

This is known as Camden Lock but signed as Hampstead Road Lock on the Regents Canal in Camden, north London.

According to Wikipedia, the locks were constructed between 1818-20 by James Morgan, with John Nash, supervising engineer. It is the only twin-lock remaining on the Canal, the remainder having been modified to single lock operation.

I took this on my route at lunchtime as I took a break from work after a rather draining meeting - the sort in which you lose the will to live (actually that doesn't narrow it down much does it?).
