Boil 190g of rice for 12 minutes.
Add 1tsp of chopped garlic and 1tsp of chopped chillies to a well oiled wok. Fry for a minute before adding chicken. Fry for 5 minutes. Add 2 table spoons of soy sauce and 2 table spoons of sweet chili sauce to pan. After 8 minutes add 45g of cashew nuts. Before serving add a handful of basil. 12 minutes later the best post gym dinner is done.
