Extreme photography!

So there I was on my lunch break, standing in a bed of nettles, in the rain......

All because the lady loves....

A male Orange Tip butterfly at rest on Cow Parsley


It just goes to show how blipping affects normal behaviour!

The orange tip and cow parsley are a match made in heaven, or an evolutionary miracle. The colouring of the underwings perfectly matches the green and white mosaic of the plant.
If I hadn't seen it land I wouldn't have known it was there, but then I had to take time making sure you could see it!!
