Tired little bodies

A wonderful 5am run....sun rising, dew on the fields, birdsong and an air of calm all around. I think we all felt the same when we got home...that desire to snuggle back under the duvet and catch some more beauty sleep. The girls certainly did! But for me....the day at work awaited.
