Ingenious!

Mothers are amazing, aren't they?! This little square of genius is the answer to a baby who goes looking for the tag on every blanket, pillow and mattress, and can't settle down until he finds the tag. So, this brilliant mom I visited today (happy birthday!) showed me her solution...make a quilt square and use tags that say "do not remove under penalty of law" as the 'fringe'! Her baby is totally content, able to find a tag with every grab!! Is that not the coolest thing?

I just have to wonder if she had the little pang of guilt, that I always feel, with every tag she removed? Hee hee...
