If you go to gigs -- get some foam earplugs.

If you listen on headphones to music on iPods and phones -- turn it down.

When you`re mowing the lawn or doing the Hoovering -- put some tissue in your ears.

If you are in a band -- get professionally made custom fit earplugs with db filters
