Those That Seek Me, Early Shall Find Me

This is the inscription on the old school building down the street. Every day I walk home, I always look it at. There is a quality in it that I find intoxicating, a story it tells that I cannot grasp. It's not been a school for a long time, a missed signature of a different past.

And how many of who now will say "Those Who" rather than "Those That"; which is correct?

Maybe a saying I should adhere to more.
