I've never been good at most forms of dancing but ceilidhs are so much fun I can make an exception.

Traditionally they would be a social gathering involving singing and music as well as dancing, but it is the many wonderfully named sets such as the Gay Gordons, Strip the Willow and Dashing White Sergeant that dominate.

Fun, and a really good work out!
