8am Saturday morning. Out for a run when I came across these folks running in formation. I think they're the British Military Fitness crowd. It all looks a bit too regimented for me. I can't imagine getting away with stopping to blip during one of these sessions.

I like the idea of the old military cadence songs though, just with a more personal lyric! Here's a couple. Do you know any more?
