Navel gazing

Maybe I'm just exhausted after the London trip. Maybe its something I'm fighting off but I had no energy today. I must go running again, I'll start to feel better and lose he pounds that have accumulated since before Christmas. It's birthday next week and I really don't want to let people think I'm middle aged or is it middle youthed haha.
